If you're looking for a rewarding role where compassion, creativity and meaningful relationships are at the heart of every day, we'd love to hear from you.

About the role

We're looking for caring and dedicated Support Workers to join our team in Droitwich (WR9), supporting six adults in their 20s and 30s with profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD) and complex support needs.

This is a highly person-centred service where every achievement is celebrated. The people we support enjoy sensory activities, hydrotherapy, music, stories, arts and crafts, community outings and spending time with people who bring positivity and fun into their day.

You'll provide a mix of 1:1 and 2:1 support, helping people live fulfilling lives while supporting their health, wellbeing and independence. Support includes personal care, medication administration, PEG feeding, dysphagia support, mobility assistance and meaningful daily activities.

Family involvement is strong, and you'll work closely with relatives and colleagues to ensure consistent, high-quality support.

Shifts:

  • 7:00am – 2:30pm
  • 2:30pm – 10:00pm
  • Alternate weekends required

Rotas are provided in advance to support a healthy work-life balance.

About you

You'll be a great fit if you're:

  • Compassionate, patient and person-centred
  • A strong communicator who can recognise non-verbal communication
  • Positive, proactive and reliable
  • Comfortable supporting people with complex needs
  • Creative and willing to engage in sensory activities, music and play
  • Confident working as part of a supportive team
  • Comfortable supporting mobility needs and manual handling
  • A driver with a full UK driving licence

Experience supporting people with complex needs is helpful, but not essential — we'll provide all the training and support you need to succeed.
