About the Role

Join our friendly and supportive team in Portsmouth, where you'll be supporting seven adults with a range of disabilities and complex health needs.

The people we support enjoy leading active and fulfilling lives. Whether it's going for walks, enjoying a boat ride, attending live music events, visiting the cinema, or catching a show, you'll play an important role in helping them access the activities they love.

Every individual communicates in their own way, and your role will involve building meaningful relationships and providing person-centred support tailored to their needs. You will also support with:

  • Personal care
  • Medication administration
  • Household tasks and daily living activities
  • Supporting individuals to access the local community
  • Manual handling, including hoisting and wheelchair support
  • Maintaining accurate records and promoting independence wherever possible

No two days are the same, making this a rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and making a real difference.

Shift Patterns

Our rota reflects the needs of the people we support and includes a variety of shifts, such as:

  • 7:00am - 2:30pm
  • 2:30pm - 10:00pm
  • Alternate weekends and bank holidays
  • One split shift per month
