About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic Support Workers to join our friendly team across three Supported Living homes in Woodhall Spa.
In this role, you will support people with learning disabilities and autistic people to live the lives they choose, achieve their goals, and have greater independence, choice, and control.
The people we support love getting out and about, whether that is walking, bowling, shopping, enjoying music, taking holidays, spending time with family and friends, getting creative with crafts, or cooking and baking together. You will be there to encourage and support them to take part in these interests while developing confidence and new skills.
You will also support people with everyday living tasks such as preparing meals, managing household routines, attending appointments, maintaining their homes, managing finances and medication, and providing personal care where required. At Dimensions, we focus on what people can do, helping them develop greater independence through our award-winning Activate model of support.
You will work as part of a two-week rolling rota that includes early, late, mid, and long-day shifts, as well as sleep-ins. Flexibility is important, and you will be expected to work alternate weekends.

We are looking for someone who is honest, dependable, and able to build positive relationships with the people we support, their families, colleagues, and professionals. You will enjoy working as part of a team, be comfortable using basic IT systems, and be willing to work flexibly to meet the needs of the people we support.
A full UK manual driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential for this role. The people we support have their own vehicles which staff are required to drive, and due to the rural location of the homes, public transport is not available for all shift times.
