Support Worker – Full Time (37.5 hours)

Shift Patterns: 7:00–14:30, 14:30–21:30 + 1 sleep-in per week and alternate weekends required

FULL UK/EU Driving Licence is essential for this role

About the Role

You’ll be joining a warm, welcoming home — a large, accessible bungalow shared by five adults (3 men, 2 women). Each person has their own bedroom and their own personality, routines, and joys.

You’ll be supporting people who:

• Use wheelchairs and require hoisting

• Have different communication styles and some people who do not use words to communicate

• Enjoy music, day services, trips to the café, and the occasional visit to the pub

This is meaningful, hands-on support where you’ll help people live full, joyful, and connected lives.

• Provide personal care with dignity and respect

• Use hoists and support mobility needs

• Encourage independence and choice

• Support people to enjoy their favourite activities

• Create a safe, positive, and inclusive home environment
