About the role
We're looking for a creative and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Kidderminster (DY10), supporting four individuals (two ladies and two gentlemen) aged 60–80 with autism, epilepsy, learning disabilities and cerebral palsy.

This is a highly varied role where you'll provide person-centred support tailored to individual needs. Support includes personal care, medication administration, epilepsy support, stoma care, daily living tasks and helping people access activities they love.
Typical shifts include mornings, afternoons, evenings and sleep-ins, with rotas provided in advance to support a healthy work–life balance.
