Support Worker - Full Time (PO12)
A Full UK Driving Licence is essential for this role, as you will be required to drive an automatic mobility vehicle.

About the RoleWe are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Support Worker to join our team in Gosport, supporting a gentleman in his 50s who lives independently in his own home.
He has a great sense of humour and enjoys watching Mr Bean, going for drives, visiting family, and spending time around boats and trains. He also enjoys attending social clubs and meeting new people. This is a rewarding opportunity to support someone to live the life they choose while building a positive and trusted relationship.
What You'll Be DoingYou will provide person-centred support, including:
- Encouraging and supporting him to take part in activities he enjoys
- Providing personal care with dignity and respect
- Supporting with shopping, meal preparation, household tasks, cleaning and laundry
- Assisting with medication administration
- Supporting community access, appointments and social activities
- Driving the mobility vehicle as required
Shift PatternsShifts are typically:
- 10:00am to 8:00pm
- 7:00am to 10:00pm
Sleep-in shifts are also available.
