About Dimensions

Every day is an opportunity to create impact, joy, and independence for the people we support. Your work, whether direct, or behind the scenes, contributes to unforgettable moments that change lives.

Thanks to our amazing teams, Dimensions Group has been accredited as a Great Place to Work for 2026 — our eighth consecutive year of recognition.

About the role

You will be supporting two gentlemen in their 50s and 60s who have learning disabilities and live in a supported living home. They enjoy leading active and varied lives and have a wide range of interests, including arts and crafts, visiting museums, going to the gym, trips to the cinema and theatre, exploring places of interest both locally and further afield, taking walks in the community, and watching sports. They are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, encouraging, and passionate about helping them continue enjoying the activities they love while also exploring new opportunities.

As a Support Worker, you will play an important role in helping these gentlemen live the lives they choose. You will provide person-centred support that promotes independence, choice, and wellbeing, while building positive and meaningful relationships. Your role will involve supporting with personal care, administering medication, preparing meals, cooking, budgeting, and maintaining a clean and comfortable home environment through everyday tasks such as cleaning and laundry. You will also support them to access the local community, pursue their interests, achieve personal goals, and enjoy new experiences.

No two days are the same, and this is a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference in the lives of two people while supporting them to be themselves and live as independently as possible.
