We're currently recruiting for three full-time Support Workers, alongside part-time opportunities, to support a gentleman in his mid-20s in Bridgend.

Who will you be supporting?
You'll be supporting a friendly young man who enjoys getting out and about and pursuing his interests. His favourite activities include:
- Watching football, especially Liverpool FC and Cardiff City FC
- Attending live football matches and watching games on television
- Going out for coffee and cake
- Enjoying meals out
- Exploring new places and discovering new walking routes
- Getting involved in community activities and social outings
He is looking for Support Workers who will share his enthusiasm for getting out and about, support his independence, and help him continue enjoying the activities he loves.
What will you be doing?
Every day is different, but your role will involve:
- Supporting a young man to live independently and safely
- Encouraging participation in hobbies, interests and community activities
- Building positive relationships and maintaining routines
- Providing emotional support and reassurance when needed
- Supporting health and wellbeing
- Promoting choice, dignity and independence
- Helping him achieve personal goals and enjoy new experiences
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being active, building meaningful relationships and making a genuine difference in someone's life.
Shift Patterns
You'll work a combination of:
- 7.00am-2.30pm
- 2.30pm-10pm
- Sleep-in shifts
Flexibility is important as support is provided across a 24-hour service.
