About Dimensions

You can bring your whole self to work and be celebrated for it. Inclusion, respect, and practical support ensure you feel seen, supported, and valued, so you can thrive alongside the people we support.

Thanks to our amazing teams, Dimensions Group has been accredited as a Great Place to Work for 2026 — our eighth consecutive year of recognition.

About the role

At Dimensions, you'll make every day matter. As a Support Worker, you'll be helping people to live independently, achieve their goals, and enjoy the things that matter most to them. In return, we'll support you to thrive too, with a caring team, wellbeing support, and opportunities to learn and develop throughout your career.

We celebrate the difference our colleagues make every day through our Inspiring People Awards and Dimensions Academy, because when you can be yourself and feel valued, everyone benefits.
For this role, you'll need to be flexible and able to travel between two services within the Warrington area.

As a Support Worker, you'll provide person-centred support that helps people lead fulfilling, independent, and meaningful lives. No two days are the same, but your role may include:

  • Supporting with daily living tasks and personal care
  • Assisting with moving and handling where required
  • Helping with shopping, meal preparation, and household tasks
  • Supporting people to access their local community and enjoy social activities
  • Encouraging independence, choice, and decision-making
  • Promoting wellbeing and positive relationships with family and friends
  • Administering medication and following support plans
  • Providing reassurance, encouragement, and emotional support

We're looking for caring, positive, and reliable people who are passionate about making a difference. Whether you already have experience in care or are looking for a rewarding new career, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.

If you're someone who enjoys helping others, building meaningful relationships, and supporting people to live life their way, we'd love to hear from you.

Shift:

We provide support 24 hours a day, so we're looking for colleagues who can work flexibly across a range of shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and sleep-ins.

Typical shifts include:

8:00am – 8:00pm
8:00am – 10:00pm
10:00am – 6:00pm
Long day and sleep-in shifts

Rotas are planned in advance wherever possible, helping you maintain a healthy work-life balance while delivering outstanding support.
