  • Communication support, including non-verbal communication and Makaton

Families are highly involved in people's lives, making consistency, professionalism and accurate communication especially important.

As a Waking Night Support Worker, you'll remain awake throughout your shift and support with:

  • Overnight wellbeing and safety checks
  • Personal care and comfort needs
  • Medication administration
  • Monitoring health and responding to changing needs
  • Completing night-time routines
  • Accurate recording and handovers
  • Supporting dignity, independence and wellbeing

Full training will be provided for all specialist support requirements.

Shifts:

  • 10:00pm – 7:00am
  • 10:00pm – 8:30am
