We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic Support Workers to join our friendly team in Dorchester, providing support primarily to two people ( a lady in her 30's and a gent in his 20's) who live within a block of six supported living flats.
We’re building a new support team for a gentleman we’ll soon be supporting in his own home — and we’re looking for someone compassionate, patient, and encouraging to join us.
The gentleman communicates in his own unique way, so patience, good listening skills, and a willingness to build a strong understanding of his communication style are essential.
