We’re looking for a caring, proactive Support Worker to join our established team supporting a gentleman in his own supported living home in Eastleigh.

As a Floating Support Worker, you will work across a variety of Dimensions locations, backing up core staff teams with the same high level of training and expertise needed to provide positive and engaging support.
You will be supporting two gentlemen and one lady in their 50s to live fulfilling and independent lives. They enjoy a variety of activities, including visiting local garden centres, shopping trips, countryside walks and weekly swimming sessions.
We're looking for caring and motivated Support Workers to join our friendly team in New Milton, supporting six individuals across two large, two-storey houses.
