At Dimensions, inclusion and respect aren’t just words — they shape every interaction. You’ll be supported, encouraged, and empowered to thrive, right alongside the people we support.
You’ll be working with a gentleman in his 50s who has autism and epilepsy and may sometimes experience distress. He’s active, warm, and thrives on routine.
At Dimensions, every moment is an opportunity to make a real difference — and we’re proud to be recognised as a Great Place to Work for the seventh year in a row.
This role is all about providing calm, consistent overnight support that helps him maintain a positive sleep routine while being there for him if he wakes or needs reassurance.
You’ll be joining a friendly and lively supported-living setting, home to five gents aged 40–60, living across four neighbouring flats. They’re a sociable group who enjoy a mix of independence, routine, and community activities.
