Daniel Wheeler, Resourcing Coordinator at Dimensions, was born Deaf and has a cochlear implant.
Daniel works from home and spends a lot of his time at work on calls with clients and colleagues – sometimes making up to 15 calls a day. Despite his life-changing cochlear implant, Daniel still faced challenges when handling calls, but Caption.Ed was able to make a huge impact.
