At Dimensions, we take the health and wellbeing of all our colleagues seriously. We have a number of initiatives in place to support our colleagues, including our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) and access to Mental Health First Aid.
Our EAP scheme is designed to provide you with information, advice, and support to help you deal with virtually all aspects of life, whether you’re experiencing stresses with work or home life, or need advice with legal or consumer issues.
At Dimensions, our EAP is part of our colleague benefits and wellbeing package, and assistance over the phone or online is available 24/7.
The team at Health Assured has now launched an app called 'My Healthy Advantage' which is also available to all colleagues. It is available on both Android and Apple devices and makes accessing our EAP's range of services easier.
The app features a weekly mood tracker, a range of four-week health plans, mini health checks and even a 'live chat' facility for those who prefer to communicate by typing rather than by talking to someone.
At Dimensions, we have a network of Mental Health First Aiders to provide our colleagues with support in the event they experience issues relating to mental health.
Our scheme follows the guidelines set by Mental Health First Aid England and each of our mental health first aiders at Dimensions has been through rigorous and accredited training.

Mindful Employer is a national initiative supporting a positive approach towards mental health at work. By signing the Mindful Employer charter Dimensions declares our ambition to support the mental wellbeing of our colleagues.
