Are you an experienced support worker, team leader or deputy manager ready to take the next step in your career? Dimensions are offering a fantastic opportunity for a passionate, resilient, and driven Assistant Locality Manager to join our homes in Harston and Comberton.

You’ll play a key role in managing high-quality support for adults with complex needs. With 29 staff across two localities and a growing service, this role demands someone who can confidently lead by example, communicate clearly (both written and verbal), and manage multiple priorities, from rota planning and risk assessments to 1:1s and staff supervisions.

We’re proud to be part of a transformational moment at Dimensions. As we evolve and grow as an organisation, you’ll help shape the change from the ground up — alongside a supportive and progressive management team, and within an innovative company that places person-centred care, quality outcomes, and employee development at its heart.

The role includes 3 off-rota days per week to focus on key managerial tasks: staff performance reviews, booking training, ensuring compliance on RADAR, updating support plans and systems, attending reviews and stakeholder meetings, and contributing to continuous service improvement. You’ll also be expected to work 2 on-shift support days to stay connected to the people we support and lead by example.

Flexibility is key, including occasional weekend support, covering shifts in emergencies, spot checks on nights, and participating in our on-call rota (approx. every 6 weeks, with additional pay).

We're looking for someone with strong people management skills, IT confidence, the ability to hold fair but firm conversations, and a clear understanding of what it means to lead with integrity and purpose. This dual role requires professional boundaries, time management, and a commitment to high standards.

At Dimensions, we’re not just a care provider — we’re a sector leader and innovator. We invest in our people with continuous training, leadership development, and real career progression through our award-winning Aspire programme.

If you’re ready to be part of something bigger and make a genuine difference every day, apply now and be part of the future of social care with Dimensions.

The total annual pay for the role is currently £35,773.75 made up of a basic salary of £32,521.59 plus an additional 10% annual allowance for 22.5 off rota hours of £3,252.16.
