Act as a referral point within the team and liaise with internal and external customers to resolve any queries.

A key part of the role is to build relationships across finance to ensure quick resolutions of queries.

Applications will be shortlisted on receipt and interviews will be held on the 12th & 13th March via Microsoft teams. The closing date of this role may close early depending on volume of applications.

About the role 

Your main duties will include: 

  • Supervise the allocation of cash against sales ledger items.
  • Monitor unallocated cash to ensure kept to a minimum.
  • Attend monthly meetings with Commercial Finance Billing and Credit Control to review and resolve any issues.
  • Update regions regarding any payment discrepancies as soon as cash is posted.

About you

The successful applicant will have: 

  • Working in a finance position at management level or can demonstrate a willingness to become a confident and dynamic manager
  • Able to demonstrate good numeracy skills, for example, completion of financial administration, petty cash
  • Good knowledge of sales ledger
  • Able to communicate clearly (both on the phone and via email) to all stakeholders.
