We are recruiting for amazing Female Support Workers to Support 3 ladies in their 20s. Prompts with personal care, support to health appointments, getting ready for day centres (we don’t support them whilst they are there), going the gym, going swimming, family are very involved, meal prep, medication, enjoy animals and going the farm local to the home 

We are happy to consider people looking for full time, part time or relief Female Support Worker positions.

We support people with learning disabilities and autism, behaviours of distress, personal care, epilepsy, complex needs and much more. If you have a caring, kind and thoughtful nature, we would love to hear from you.

The Female Support Worker role will involve, but is not limited to:

  • Helping people learn the skills they need to live the life they choose
  • Support with shopping, housework including cleaning and laundry                                    
  • Supporting and encouraging people to find opportunities in education, employment and leisure, and enable them to take part in these opportunities       

A wide variety of shift patterns available, including:

  • 7am – 2:30pm
  • 2:30pm – 10pm
  • 7pm – 11pm
  • 24 hour shifts including sleep-ins
