Are you an energetic, compassionate individual with a passion for supporting people with learning disabilities and autism? If so, we'd love to hear from you! We're looking for someone motivated to help make a real difference in the lives of the individuals we support.
Who Will You Be Supporting?
You'll be working with four incredible adults—two males and two females in their 40s to 70s—each living with autism, learning disabilities, cerebral palsy, and well-managed epilepsy. These individuals are social, active, and full of life, with diverse interests, and they enjoy exploring new experiences. Here's a bit about them:
- Activity Enthusiasts: They love building with Lego, watching football, sightseeing, and anything related to boats and trains. They're also big fans of country and western music.
- Hydropool Sessions: They love their hydropool sessions and need someone who's willing to jump into the water with them.
- Travel Lovers: Going away on holidays is a must—whether it's across the UK, to Paris, or Dublin, they’re always ready for a new adventure!
- Wheelchair Users: Two of the gents are full-time wheelchair users, while one lady uses a wheelchair when out and about.

- Medication Assistance: Administer medication for those who require support.
- Teamwork: Work closely with a supportive and collaborative team to ensure the individuals have the best care and opportunities to enjoy life.
- Get Active: Be ready to dive into hydropool sessions, take part in fun social activities, and bring fresh ideas to their daily routines.
