Location: Sutton Farm, Shrewsbury (SY2) – Just a 9-minute walk from Medivet Sutton Farm
Pay Rate: £11.70 per hour + £50 per Sleep-In Shift
Position: Full-Time & Part-Time hours available
Requirements: Full UK Driving Licence & Own Vehicle

What Will You Be Doing?

As a Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in empowering these young adults to live fulfilling, independent lives. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Empowering Independence: Help them with daily living tasks like meal preparation, ensuring they can whip up delicious and healthy meals, and keeping their home clean and cozy.
  • Shopping & Budgeting: Guide them through their food shopping to help them make smart, savvy choices that suit their tastes and nutritional needs.
  • Personal Care Support: Provide dignified and respectful personal care assistance where needed, ensuring they feel confident and comfortable.
  • Social Engagement: Encourage and support their hobbies, whether it’s music, dancing, or trips to the cinema. You’ll help them embrace life to the fullest!

What Shifts Are Available?

  • Day Shifts: 7am-3pm / 2pm-10pm
  • Sleep-In Shifts: 10pm-7am (Required once per week)

We’re looking for flexible individuals who can work on a rota basis, which includes a mix of weekdays and weekends. Rotas are provided at least 4 weeks in advance to support a healthy work-life balance—something we’re very passionate about!
