Join My Support Team!
Hey there! I am a fun-loving, social, and upbeat woman in my 30s looking for a kind and energetic Support Worker to join my small but amazing team. I have Cerebral Palsy, a Learning Disability, and Epilepsy, and I am all about living life to the fullest with the right support.
My team is made up of caring, hardworking people who respect my choices and always make sure I am happy. I love spending time with my family and support team, and I am looking for someone who enjoys life as much as I do!
Could This Be You?
If you are someone who enjoys:
- Socialising and having a laugh.
- Travelling and exploring new places.
- Cooking, baking (especially anything chocolate-related!).
- Playing snap, crafting, and being creative.
- Swimming and bowling.
Then we will get along just great!
What People Love About Me!
- I am always smiling and spreading happiness.
- I have a cheeky sense of humour and love a good laugh.
- I am super social and love communicating with people in the community.
- My family is my world, and I love spending weekends with them.
How to Support Me Well
- Explain things as we go so, I feel comfortable and included.
- Talk to me, not just about me—I understand everything you say!.
- Be patient, and do not mind repeating things if I need to hear them again.
- Keep the tea coming (and the chocolate too, obviously!).
- Most importantly, treat me with kindness and respect.
What Matters Most to Me
- Family time is everything—my parents and auntie live next door, and I love spending time with them (and yes, snacks are involved!).
- Chocolate. Just… chocolate. In any and every form.
- Music! Heart FM is my station—whether it is on the radio or Alexa.
- Getting out and about—I love going bowling, swimming, and just being part of the community.
Think You would Be a Great Fit?
If you are caring, fun, and ready to empower and support me in living my best life, I would love to hear from you!
