Dimensions are a leading not-for-profit provider of support to adults with learning disabilities and autism. Female Support Workers in Poole will work with 2 ladies, who have learning disabilities and autism, at their homes. You will empower the independence of the ladies we support by enabling them to live the life that they choose.
The first lady we support is in her 50’s. She would like to meet Support Workers who can support her to do the things she enjoys, these include:
This lady would like you to know that although she doesn’t use words to communicate, she can understand you. She can take you and show you what she wants. If you have not had to communicate with someone in this way before do not worry as Dimensions provide all FemaleSupport Workers with full training.
The second lady we support is in her 40’s. She really likes animals and would like to meet a FemaleSupport Workers who is happy to help her to:
As well as her love of animals this lady also loves old Disney Movies and taking walks in her local area. She would like to meet a calm and encouraging Female Support Worker.
Both ladies have strong ties to their families who come to see them in the purpose-built flat complex they live in (they have individual flats). They would be happy to meet either full or part-time Female Support Workers. The ladies we support like their support workers to be with them for long days (07.00-22.00).
Support Workers will also have to assist with finances, meal preparation and personal care.
As the ladies we support have their own vehicles, it is essential Female Support Workers hold a full UK/EU Driving License.
