Location: West Bromwich, Oldbury, Tipton & Wednesbury
Pay Rate: £12.31 per hour (£50 per sleep-in shift)
Hours: Part-Time (22.5 hours per week) - With Overtime Opportunities!
Requirements: Full UK Driving Licence (Auto Friendly)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Female Floating Support Worker to join our team across multiple services in West Bromwich, Oldbury, Tipton, and Wednesbury!

Who Will You Be Supporting?

You will be supporting a range of individuals with varying needs, including learning disabilities, autism, diabetes management, and behaviours of distress. This role is perfect for someone who loves to travel and enjoys engaging with different people and activities.

What Will You Be Doing?

Each day will be different, but you will be supporting with:

  • Personal Care: Providing assistance with personal care tasks.
  • Community Support: Offering 1:1 support when out in the community.
  • Mobility Assistance: Supporting individuals who may use wheelchairs or walkers in the community.
  • Meal Preparation: Preparing meals and supporting residents with their dietary needs.
  • Medication Administration: Ensuring residents receive their medication as prescribed.
  • Communication: Providing clear and confident communication to support individuals with varying communication needs.

Shift Patterns:

  • Range of Shift Patterns Available: Days, Long Days & Sleep-ins
  • Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends, with a minimum of 1 sleep-in shift per week

Rotas are provided in advance to support a healthy work-life balance.
