The Head of Housing & Partnerships leads all staff employed in the delivery of housing operations:

• Delivery of effective housing management services that meet Dimensions’ tenants needs, including out of hours
• Regulatory and legal compliance, delivering appropriate assurance to Dimensions Group Board that all regulatory standards are met
• Compliance with the Housing Ombudsman Complaints Handling Code
• Ensuring that Dimensions Tenants have opportunities to meaningfully influence their service and that the Tenant Scrutiny Panel is adequately supported and able to make a meaningful difference
• Supporting operational care and support colleagues to ensure that third party landlords meet all their statutory and contractual requirements in a timely way for the benefit of people we support and colleagues
• Ensuring Dimensions office portfolio is effective and efficient and offers value for money

There will be travel across the country to visit homes and attend senior leadership meetings.

Interviews will take place on the 10th July face to face in London at the National Council for Voluntary Organisation.

About the role 

Your main duties will include: 

• Ensuring compliance with the Regulator of Social Housing Regulatory Standards and providing annual compliance assurance to Board
• Develop good working relationships with third party landlords and being a good and responsive partner
• Ensuring all void rooms are ready for reletting in the shortest possible time, and in a good and lettable condition. Support all new tenancy enquiries and work across directorates to ensure that properties are let in a timely way.
• Monitoring and regularly reporting to Board, Committees and Executive Team, including key indicators of performance and recommending appropriate action.

About you

The successful applicant will have: 

• Hold Chartered Institute of Housing Membership or a level 4-5 housing related qualification
• Able to lead a range of teams delivering landlord and tenancy management services
• Ability to present complex concepts or ideas to a range of audiences.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of delivering a compliant, effective landlord services to residents with support needs.
