The HR Business Partner will be responsible for working in partnership with leaders, key stakeholders and HR colleagues to shape, develop and deliver HR plans and solutions in line with the needs and priorities of the North Region. Operating as the departmental HR expert, to advise, guide and support managers by providing high-level people management advice and guidance.
Applicants applying for this role should live in one of the locations highlighted in the advert as travel will be required across the region.

The hours available to work are 32 a week. The full-time salary is £51,474.25 pro-rata salary of £43,925.33 for 32 hours.
