Are you an experienced support worker looking to take the next step in your career? Do you thrive in a role where you can lead, coach, and make a real difference every day? We’re looking for a female Lead Support Worker to join a dedicated team supporting a woman in her 60s.

This is an opportunity to step into a leadership role while continuing to provide hands-on, person-centred support. You’ll be working in a well-established team with excellent staff retention, supporting a lady who is full of personality, fun-loving, strong-willed, and enthusiastic about all things pink and sparkly. She enjoys shopping, arts and crafts, Face Timing friends and family, and keeping her home tidy.

As a Lead Support Worker, you’ll play a key role in coaching and mentoring your team, taking the lead on behaviour support, and ensuring high standards of support are consistently delivered. You’ll also consult with professionals, manage communications, and contribute to care planning and reviews. This role is ideal for someone ready to grow into management, with opportunities to develop leadership skills and take on more responsibility.

This is not a Monday to Friday role. You’ll work on a rota that includes alternative weekends and occasional sleep-ins. Flexibility is essential.
