Whether it’s church visits, sensory room sessions, shopping trips, zoo outings, or evening discos, you’ll play a vital role in helping people stay connected with family, friends, and their wider community. Just as importantly, you’ll be a source of guidance for colleagues, offering support, sharing knowledge, and modelling best practice every day.

We’re looking for someone with strong communication skills, both written and verbal, who is confident using systems and recording information clearly. You’ll also need to feel comfortable supporting with personal care (from prompting to full assistance), hoist use, wheelchair support, medication administration, and meal planning. Shifts are varied, typically 7am–2pm or 2pm–9pm, with occasional longer days. There are no sleep-ins or regular night shifts.

We’re keen to hear from someone local who can work flexibly across all eight flats and who shares our values of Ambition, Courage, Integrity, Partnership, and Respect. In return, you’ll join a values-led organisation that invests in your development, celebrates your achievements, and gives you the tools to make a lasting difference.
