Dimensions is expanding into new support settings across Shropshire, and we’re looking for a proactive and confident Locality Manager to help shape and lead these services from the ground up. This is a remote role requiring regular travel across Shropshire. You’ll work Monday to Friday (office hours), with flexibility to provide additional support when needed.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a dynamic leader with a strong background in care and service management. You’ll need:
- A solid understanding of CQC regulations, safeguarding, and behaviours of distress
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary and safeguarding meetings
- Proven ability to manage supported living services and maintain compliance
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Willingness to register with CQC under a domiciliary care location
- Commitment to completing management development training (if not already achieved)
- Access to a vehicle and willingness to travel regularly
