Procurement Administrator (Home Based)

The Procurement Administrator will play a key role in delivering a high-quality procurement service to our colleagues and delivering value for money from our supply chain. In particular, they will support the business-wide adoption of our new finance system (Oracle) by undertaking system administration duties and providing responsive and friendly advice to our colleagues. 

Interviews will take place on the 3rd December via Microsoft teams.

About the role 

Your main duties will include: 

  • Adding new suppliers, ensuring adherence to the Procurement Policy
  • Delivering training to colleagues
  • Resolving purchasing / invoice queries
  • Contract lifecycle management

About you

The successful applicant will have: 

  • Experience of using/administering Oracle, Self -Service Procurement, or similar Finance packages.
  • Possess intermediate level of using Microsoft products such as Word/Excel and Teams.
  • Experience of ordering goods or services in a work environment. 
  • Able to communicate quite complex subject in a simple and helpful way.
