£12.80 per hour (+12.07% Additional Accruement)

Are you looking to slowly transition into a new role? Relief work means you choose your hours - with no obligation to accept shifts, meaning you can fit this role around your current commitments.
*Rather than accruing annual leave this is paid on top of your hourly rate as you work, so you get an additional 12.07% for every hour you work. Your rate of pay is £12.80 per hour + 12.07% = £14.34 per hour.

About the person we support:
We support 1 excitable gent in their late teens who loves gaming, bowling, art, game shows and values his personal space.
He has a learning disability, autism and we are supporting him to live independently within his own home.
An upbeat, smiley support worker who’s both respectful and encouraging would be a wonderful match for this individual.

What will I be doing?
Day to day you will be supporting him to live his life how he chooses and to achieve his goals.
Support will include prompting with personal care, meal preparation, medication administration, budgeting, cooking, cleaning, and laundry.
What shifts are available?
Long Day Sleeps – 9:30am – 9:30am the following day
Sleep-in Shifts – Paid at £45 per shift
We’re looking for people with flexibility to work on a rota basis that includes weekdays and weekends
Rotas are provided at least 4 weeks in advance to allow a healthy work life balance- something we’re really passionate about!
