Looking for a role where you can make a real impact every single day? Join our passionate team in Willingham, where we’re recruiting Support Workers who share our values and commitment to helping others. No experience? No problem. We’ll provide all the specialist training you need to develop.
You’ll be supporting five amazing adults, four women and one man, all in their late 30s who live with complex medical needs including epilepsy, cerebral palsy, and learning disabilities. You’ll be trained in clinical tasks such as suctioning, stoma care, and PEG feeding, all training is delivered face to face, with ongoing support and formal sign-off to ensure you feel confident.
Life here is anything but ordinary. From Disney cruises and Doris Day singalongs to cinema trips, beach days, and karaoke sessions in their sensory room, the people we support lead joyful lives. They are present in their community through coffee mornings and social clubs, and family relationships are at the heart of everything we do.
You’ll be part of a five-person team on each shift, no lone working in the home, although some person-centred support may be one to one. Due to the rural location, a car and manual UK licence are essential. Free on-site parking and shared minibuses are available for going out.
This isn’t just a job, it’s a chance to build a values led career. Many of our Support Workers go on to become nurses, paramedics, or social workers. If you’re ready to learn, grow, and make a difference, we’d love to welcome you to the team.
