Support Worker – Harston, Cambridgeshire
We’re growing our team in Harston and looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, someone confident, adaptable, and passionate about making a difference.
This is a Support Worker role, working within a well-established team to support four individuals aged 30–50. You’ll be based in our home just 15 minutes from Cambridge city centre, with free on-site parking and easy access from Peterborough, Newmarket, and Bury St Edmunds.
As part of the day team, you’ll work shifts where support is most needed — whether that’s a short day, a long day, or weekends. Shifts may include 7:30am–3:00pm, 2:30pm–10:00pm, or 7:30am–10:00pm.
In this role, you’ll support people to live independently. That might mean helping someone get ready for their art therapy session, joining them for a swim, or simply being there for a Friday night club. You’ll also provide support with daily living tasks like full personal care, meal preparation, and housekeeping, always working in partnership with families and healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible support.
At Dimensions, we believe everyone should have the freedom to be themselves. That’s why we work in partnership with the people we support, their families, and each other so they can say, “I feel safe. I feel valued. I feel like me.”
