Who will I be supporting? 

  • Three fabulous ladies aged in their 20s -30s , who are supported to live independently.
  • The ladies have mild learning disabilities and enjoy being out and about, enjoy going to the zoo, going to the farmshop, love their music, watching TV, love going out to the faire.

What will I be doing? 

  • You will be supporting the ladies to live their lives how they choose, to be themselves and to achieve their goals
  • The ladies are quite independent, but they do appreciate some kind and patient verbal prompts to complete their personal care routines
  • The ladies have access to their own car to make trips out and about more enjoyable for them, so it's essential that you have a full UK driving licence in order to be considered for their team 

What shifts are available? 

  • Shifts start at 7am and finish at 10pm  OR 10pm – 7am  with a sleepover shift included (sleepover shifts are paid at £45 per shift and the hours don’t count towards your contracted hours)
  • We’re ideally looking for people with flexibility to work a combination of these shifts on a rota basis across weekdays and weekends
  • Rotas are provided at least 4 weeks in advance to support a healthy work life balance
