We’re recruiting Female Support Workers to support three fabulous ladies (aged 30s-70s) in Reedham. Whether you’re experienced or brand new to care, we’ll give you all the training and support you need to shine—helping you earn your care certificate and beyond!
What’s the Role?
You’ll be supporting three vibrant women with a love for life and a passion for activities like swimming, shopping trips, lunch outings, and neighborhood walks. If you’re comfortable being in the water and love getting out and about, this role is perfect for you!
Your Day-to-Day:
Help the ladies learn the skills they need to live independently and enjoy the life they choose.
Provide personal care and support with shopping, housework, cleaning, and laundry.
Assist with medication and keep them involved in the activities they love.
Drive them around and join them in exploring the community!
Shift Patterns:
08.00-15.00
15.00-21.30
08.00-21.30
21.30-08.00 (waking nights)
What You’ll Need:
You must be a driver with (Full UK/EU licence only) access to a car.
We don’t require experience—just a positive attitude and a love for making people smile!
