Pay: £11.64ph to £12 per hour

Part Time / Relief
Shifts: 08:00-20:00 (Day Shifts) | 20:00-08:00 (Waking Nights)

FULL UK Driving License required
 

Are you a compassionate and reliable support worker looking for a rewarding role? We are seeking a female support worker (driver) to assist a lovely lady living in her own home in Acklam (TS5).

About the Role:

• Providing personal care, medication support, and assistance with food and fluids.
• Supporting all aspects of daily living to help maintain independence at home.
• Working 2:1 during the day and 1:1 at night.
• Supporting emotional well-being—this lady can display behaviours that challenge when unwell.

About the Person You’ll Support:

• Loves music, sensory equipment, and Bollywood films.
• Enjoys hydrotherapy, swimming, and ice skating.
• Loves animals, garden games, and spending time with family.
• Enjoys hot and spicy food, especially when her mum visits!

What We’re Looking For:

• A female support worker - "Gender is considered to be a genuine occupational requirement in accordance with paragraph 1 of Schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010. In this context, "gender" refers to the sex legally assigned to an individual." 
• A driver as she has her own car
• Someone caring, patient, and understanding of complex needs.
• Experience with behaviours that challenge is beneficial but not essential.
