'W' is a vibrant women in her 60s with a big personality and a love for music, dancing, and the great outdoors. She's looking for dedicated, compassionate support staff who can help her live her life to the fullest.
'W' has complex needs, including PICA and managed epilepsy (non-active, controlled with medication). She thrives with structure, firm boundaries and a Positive Behaviour Support approach. 'W' requires prompting with personal care and support with daily routines.
'W' can walk for miles and loves being outdoor - rain or shine! She enjoys music, attending music and dance classes. She's also a huge fan of the Great British Bake Off, she loves cooking and being involved in Kitchen activities.

What you'll bring:

  • A calm, consistent, and confident approach
  • Experience or willingness to learn about PBS, PICA, and supporting complex needs
  • A genuine passion for helping someone live a rich, fulfilling life
  • The ability to support 'W' in maintaining her routines, exploring her interests, and staying safe and engaged.
