Pay: £12.00ph

We are looking for compassionate and adventurous individuals to join our new team supporting people with complex health needs to live independently in their new home. This role is all about helping people maintain their health and enjoy fulfilling lives while staying connected with family and the local community.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Supporting individuals with their health and well-being.
• Encouraging and enabling people to build relationships with family and friends.
• Assisting with daily activities, from shopping trips in local towns to relaxing at home with movies and pampering sessions.
• Getting involved in fun and adventurous activities such as horse riding, ice skating, and visiting parks to see wildlife and animals.

What We’re Looking For:

• Someone confident and caring, who enjoys helping others live their best life.
• A person who is happy to support individuals with both active and relaxed activities.

• people will need full support to increase their independence skills in their home. 

• A team player who is adaptable, reliable, and compassionate.
