Part-Time Male Support Worker (22.5 hours/week)
Location: Lymington, Hampshire (SO41)
Driver with Own Car: Due to the location of the homes and limited public transport options, having your own vehicle is essential.

About the Role:

Are you passionate about making a real difference in people's lives? We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate male Support Worker to join our team in Lymington. In this role, you will work across two homes, providing essential support to two gentlemen in their 20s and 30s who have high levels of Autism and behaviours of distress.

Shift Pattern: 7:00 AM – 2:30 PM / 2:30 PM – 10:00 PM (with Sleep-In Shifts)

What We’re Looking For:

  • Lone Working Experience Required: Previous experience in supporting individuals with Autism and implementing Positive Behaviour Support Plans is crucial for this role.
  • Care Duties: You’ll assist with personal care and administer medication, following established care plans.
