Part-Time Male Support Worker – 16 Hours (Lincoln, LN6)

Are you someone who loves making a difference while having fun? Do you have the energy and enthusiasm to motivate others? We’re looking for a Part-time Male Support Worker to provide dedicated care to three wonderful gentlemen in their own home in the LN6 area of Lincoln.

What’s Involved:

  • Supporting three gentlemen with their daily routines and activities.
  • A flexible 2-week rolling rota with a mix of early, late, and sleep-in shifts.
  • Working every other weekend as part of a supportive, team-oriented environment.
  • Assisting with personal care, administering medication, cooking, cleaning, and shopping.

What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll be a key part of their lives, helping them enjoy activities they love, including:

  • Going to the cinema and theatre
  • Holidays and exciting days out
  • Attending social clubs
  • Walking, going to the gym, and spending time with friends and family

What You Need:

  • A full UK manual driving licence – all individuals have their own mobility cars.
  • A fun, positive attitude with a passion for encouraging others.
  • A team player who is flexible and reliable.
