Part-Time Male Support Worker – 16 Hours (Lincoln, LN6)
Are you someone who loves making a difference while having fun? Do you have the energy and enthusiasm to motivate others? We’re looking for a Part-time Male Support Worker to provide dedicated care to three wonderful gentlemen in their own home in the LN6 area of Lincoln.
What’s Involved:
- Supporting three gentlemen with their daily routines and activities.
- A flexible 2-week rolling rota with a mix of early, late, and sleep-in shifts.
- Working every other weekend as part of a supportive, team-oriented environment.
- Assisting with personal care, administering medication, cooking, cleaning, and shopping.
What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll be a key part of their lives, helping them enjoy activities they love, including:
- Going to the cinema and theatre
- Holidays and exciting days out
- Attending social clubs
- Walking, going to the gym, and spending time with friends and family
What You Need:
- A full UK manual driving licence – all individuals have their own mobility cars.
- A fun, positive attitude with a passion for encouraging others.
- A team player who is flexible and reliable.
