Support Worker (Male) – Make a Real Difference!
Location: Lymington (SO40)
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Driving Requirement: Full UK Driving Licence (manual vehicle)
We’re looking for a dedicated Male Support Worker to join our team in Lymington and make a meaningful impact on the life of a gentleman with complex behavioral needs and mental health challenges.
This gentleman is multilingual, speaking four languages, including French, and has a deep love for Paris. He also enjoys word searches, making them a great way to engage with him.

Support daily routines and activities
Provide companionship and emotional support
