Female Support Workers - Waking Nights (PO2)

Full time or Part Time Contracts available (9.30pm - 7am)

We are looking for Female Support Workers to cover our Waking Nights shifts in Portsmouth.  We are looking for people who share our values and can support someone to have the life they want to live. 

As a Waking Nights Support Worker, you will work throughout the night, ensuring the people we support are provide with the appropriate support, when required, provide personal care as required and you will conduct housework, including cleaning and laundry. You will also have to keep some written records, using IT systems as required to help you, including support plans, incident logs and health and safety records,

You will be expected to work daytime shifts for up to 8 weeks while completing training and induction.  Flexibility will be given if part time hours are required (for this interim period of day time hours) and can increase to full time Nights, if required.  This will  be discussed further at interview.
