Location: Wokingham, RG41 (Just a 3min Drive from Wokingham Train Station)
Pay Rate: £12.31 Per Hour (£50 Per Sleep-In Shift)
Hours: Part Time / 22.5 hours per week
Requirements: Full UK Driving Licence (Auto Friendly)

Who Will You Be Supporting?
You will be supporting four wonderful individuals (two males and two females) with learning disabilities and epilepsy. They thrive on engaging in various activities such as:
- Friday Night Project: Going out and socializing.
- Swimming: Supporting residents in swimming activities is essential
- Clubs: Participating in various club activities.
We are looking for someone who is active, outgoing, reliable, and enthusiastic. You should enjoy engaging in activities
What Will You Be Doing?
Each day will be different, but you will be supporting with:
- Personal Care: Providing assistance with personal care tasks.
- Community Support: Offering 1:1 support when out in the community.
- Mobility Assistance: Supporting one individual who uses a walker in the community.
- Meal Preparation: Preparing meals and supporting residents with their dietary needs.
- Medication Administration: Ensuring residents receive their medication as prescribed.
Shift Patterns:
- Weekdays:
- Morning Shifts: 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM
- Afternoon Sleep-In Shifts: 2:30 PM - 10:00 PM (Includes £50 sleep-in Shift)
- Sleep-In Shifts: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Paid £50 to Sleep)
- Weekends:
- Saturday and Sunday 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM
Rotas are provided in advance to support a healthy work life balance.
