Location: BA1 – Bath (Just a 4min drive from Bath Spa Train Station)
Hours: Full Time (37.5 hours per week)
Pay Rate: £12.83 per hour + £50 per sleep-in shift
Driver Requirement: Full UK Driving Licence (Auto-friendly) – must be comfortable driving a mobility car (no larger than a 4x4)

We’re looking for a dedicated Support Worker to join our team in BA1, supporting four individuals with learning disabilities, profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD), and epilepsy (well managed with medication). If you’re proactive, friendly, and thrive in a busy, team-oriented environment, this could be the perfect role for you.
Who Will You Be Supporting?
You’ll be working with four adults in their 40s—three women and one man—who enjoy active lifestyles and engaging with their community. Each person has unique needs and interests, and your support will help them live life to the fullest.
Support Overview
- Support Type: 1:1, 2:1, and core support
- Shift Patterns:
- 7am–3pm
- 3pm–10pm
- 10am–10am the following day (includes sleep-in)
- Sleep-in: 10pm–7am (Paid To Sleep)
- Support Needs:
- Personal care
- Hoist use (for three individuals)
- Wheelchair support (all four individuals)
- Support with eating and meal preparation
- Medication administration
