We’re Dimensions, a not-for-profit charitable registered society and housing association that supports people with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. Our main priority for this job role is to find people with the right values, behaviours and attitudes that match our own! We’re seeking to recruit some great new Support Workers; people with the right values and behaviours to work in our supported living home in Coltishall, Norwich – could this be you?
We offer 10% enhancement for working overtime, a generous sick pay scheme, a salary advance scheme for you to access to some of your earned pay ahead of your regular payday and 30 days annual leave entitlement (including bank holidays), rising to 35. You don’t need to have previous experience in this field, nor do you need qualifications – we’re happy to work with you to help you become an excellent Support Worker.

The duties are varied, and every day will be different, and rewarding, as you encourage and empower each person to be actively engaged in every aspect of their daily lives – this will include accompanying to favoured activities, developing daily living skills, administering medication, and supporting with personal care and mobility assistance, if needed.
Be prepared to work flexibly. This could include working some weekends, waking nights or sleep-ins if required and bank holidays. This will be discussed with you during the interview process, and you will be matched to people we support in line with hours and patterns of shifts you are able to work.
