We are currently looking for thoughtful, caring, and inspiring people to join our established team of support workers to support to support a young gentleman who is due to move into his own supported living flat.

We are looking for who is motivated, active and dedicated and is willing to support him to not only learn life skills but will support him to build up social connections and community involvement by ways of social groups, friendships groups and clubs in the local area.

The young gentleman has ADD, autism and learning difficulties and this is what e has told us he is looking for:

• Someone who loves helping others, are looking for a new challenge and ideally living in or around Barnsley
• I really like fast cars, so ideally you will like these to
• I really enjoy watching TV, especially soaps and NCIS is a favourite
• Support me with personal hygiene
• Support me with my independence, shopping, cooking and cleaning
• I really like listening to music and I am a huge fan of ED Sherian
• Finally I am looking for someone who will understand my needs of a young man with disabilities and be able to provide me with a safe and nurturing environment

Shift patterns will vary, and we are looking for people who can offer flexibility to work, early, lates, evenings and weekends, with the possibility of a sleep in (minimum one a week)
