Seeking happy and proactive Support Workers - Day Shifts & Wake Night Shifts - in Wallingford, OX10 0DW
We are looking for proactive, engaging and caring people to join a close-knit support team in Wallingford, supporting six people with learning disabilities, to live their best lives - the lives that they choose to live.
Each person has a fabulous zest for life and wants you to engage in their busy lives with them. Every day will be different, and rewarding, as you encourage and empower each person to be actively engaged in every aspect of their daily lives. Each person has their own hobbies, ambitions, and goals, whilst enjoying shared interests with each other - they all love going away on day trips, enjoying meals out, and keeping busy with their own varied activities. You will also provide support with daily living skills, medication, personal care and mobility assistance, as required.
