This lady leads a full, active life and enjoys swimming, going to the gym, cycling, and getting out into the community for shopping and activities she loves. With your help, she’ll continue to thrive and enjoy all of her favorite things!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting her with daily activities like swimming, gym sessions, and community visits.
- Following strict support guidelines to maintain routine and structure, which is key to her well-being.
- Helping her live as independently as possible while making sure she’s safe and happy.
About You:
We’re looking for someone with a can-do attitude, who’s patient and willing to make a positive difference. Routine is incredibly important for this lady, so being adaptable, reliable, and ready to follow clear guidelines is a must. This is a rewarding role where your support will directly help her live her best life!
Shift Patterns:
Shifts will vary weekly to fit around her needs and include:
8am - 3pm
3pm - 11pm
Sleep-in: 11pm - 8am
Alternate weekends (discussed at interview).
