Seeking an engaging and proactive Support Worker in Banbury, OX16 5DF

  • Hourly Rate - £12.50; Sleep nights paid at £50 per night
  • Full-time or part-time hours
  • Shifts available: early shifts, late shifts, sleep shifts

Are you energetic? Do you have a zest for life? Do you love that you will be out and about and on the go, every day?  The people you will be supporting lead busy, busy lives - they need you to keep up with them and share their joy in their favoured activities. 

You will need to be proactive, engaging and caring, supporting six people with autism, cerebral palsy and learning disabilities to live their best lives. 

Each person lives in their own flat, within a large property, that is within walking distance of Banbury train station, and close to a bus stop – so ideally located and easy to get to.

Every day will be different, and rewarding, as you encourage and empower each person to be actively engaged in every aspect of their daily lives –this will include accompanying to favoured activities and support with daily living skills.
