Support Worker

Seeking FEMALE SUPPORT WORKERS who can provide creative, caring and compassionate support in Cardiff

Gender is considered to be a genuine occupational requirement in accordance with paragraph 1 of Schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010.

• Full-time or part-time hours (minimum 25 hours per week)
• £12.00 per hour. Sleep nights are paid at £50 per night

We are entering exciting times in Cardiff, on the cusp of welcoming two new ladies, into their own support living homes, within Dimensions. We are seeking FEMALE SUPPORT WORKERS who can provide creative, caring and compassionate support to two ladies with learning disabilties.

You will join Dimensions as these two wonderful ladies embark on the next stage of their lives. Join us to support them to unpack their boxes, choose their soft furnishings, put up pictures and make their home feel exactly that - their home!

Every day will be different, and rewarding, as you encourage and empower each lady to be actively engaged in every aspect of their daily lives – this will include accompanying to favoured activities, supporting with daily living skills, administering medication and supporting with personal care and mobility assistance.
