The three ladies you will be supporting, have a range of disabilities, including learning disablities, some complex health needs and autism.
Every day will be different, and rewarding, as you encourage and empower each person to be actively engaged in every aspect of their daily lives – this will include accompanying to favoured activities, supporting with daily living skills, administering medication and supporting with personal care and mobility assistance, as needed.
You will be working for a dynamic and involved manager, who takes the time to develop her team so that each and every person feels valued and can be the best they can be.
